AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and LuxoSpecs & Shades, located at Kenya House Complex, Koinange Street, Shop G25, Nairobi, Kenya. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Services" refers to eyewear sales, eye examinations, and related services
• "Products" refers to spectacles, sunglasses, and accessories
• "Customer" refers to any individual purchasing our products or services
• "Website" refers to our online platform and digital presence

PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

LuxoSpecs & Shades specializes in premium eyewear imported from Europe, China, and Dubai. Our services include:

• Sale of prescription spectacles and fashion sunglasses
• Professional eye examinations and consultations
• Lens fitting and frame adjustments
• Eyewear maintenance and repair services
• Style consultations and personalized recommendations

PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are displayed in Kenyan Shillings (KSH) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Payment terms include:

• Full payment required before product delivery
• Accepted payment methods: Cash, M-Pesa, Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Cards
• Custom orders require a 50% deposit upon order confirmation
• No refunds on custom prescription lenses

ORDER PROCESSING

Order processing times vary depending on product availability:

• In-stock items: Same day pickup or next business day delivery
• Custom prescriptions: 3-7 business days
• Special orders: 2-4 weeks depending on supplier location
• International imports: 4-8 weeks

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy includes:

• 30-day return period for non-prescription eyewear
• Items must be in original condition with packaging
• Prescription lenses cannot be returned unless manufactured incorrectly
• Custom orders are final sale unless defective
• Return shipping costs are customer's responsibility

WARRANTY

All products come with the following warranty coverage:

• Frame warranty: 12 months against manufacturing defects
• Lens warranty: 6 months against coating defects
• Prescription accuracy: Free remake within 30 days if prescription is incorrect
• Adjustment services: Free for life on purchases from our store

EYE EXAMINATION SERVICES

Our professional eye examination services are provided by licensed optometrists. Important terms regarding eye exams:

• Eye exams are by appointment only
• Examination records are kept for minimum 7 years
• Prescriptions are valid for 2 years from date of examination
• Follow-up consultations included within 30 days of initial exam
• Medical eye conditions require referral to ophthalmologist

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on our website, including images, text, logos, and designs, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

LuxoSpecs & Shades shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
